Well I haven’t written in my blog for a bit because I’ve been busy. I usually write my entries at night, but this week something has been taken my attention and it’s a little game called… Halo 3! At the stroke of midnight last monday night/tuesday morning Halo 3 was officially released…
Another cool part of the game is the ranking system they implemented to match players of equal skill. My rank right now is Apprentice (grade 2) only, but I’d like to get up to the officer ranks. The higher your rank the more options you get to change the look of your Spartan soldier! On the right is what my character avatar looks like right now. Anyway, I just wanted to write something about the game this week… now, I’m off to get some more kills online and unlock some achievements. Next time I’ll get a video up for you to see.. it’ll probably be me being blown up by a rocket or something. |

Okay, let’s try to keep this whole Halo 3 thing quiet, all right? If my kid finds out he will hound me mercilessly. He had the original Halo for PC and played it endlessly. It was a little disconcerting to see a six year old splattering alien guts all over with his automatic weapons and sniper rifles. I have to say, though, he was pretty good. I played it too, for way too many hours.
So, glad you are enjoying the new version Ron. Just keep it to yourself!

ok Matt.. will do! hehe… I actually played around with the video playback feature of the games I’ve played last night. It’s very cool, you can view any detail of the battle at any point and angle! I did some screenshots, I’ll show you… just hide it from your kid, *shhhh*.

I love this game. I finally beat it on Legendary the other day! How come I never see you on XBOX LIVE?
